Arthur Oil leaks
Given that Customer Service isn't answering—and I’ve been waiting a week now, well beyond the 48 hours they claim—I hope to receive a response through this channel. The equipment is difficult to use, and the packaging is of poor quality. Furthermore, I have a unit sitting here waiting for someone to tell me what to do with it—or whether you will be sending replacement parts?
