How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.

LT Worked Great!
We used this to install windows and a large sliding door. The suction cups worked perfectly and we were able to pull the window and sliding door in place. .

Broken in the hard plastic storage case Tough tools, Half Price in this case broke tool, half price but now the hassle
I need this tool for a project of installing glass window IGU's. I read the reviews about the plastic valve being broken but also read in the description that it is metal. Turns out the reviews are correct and the plastic release valve is indeed made of brittle plastic rendering the tool useless. I understand that these things can happen but kick myself for not heading the warning of the reviewers. Buyer beware. I submitted a claim and am awaiting a response from VEVOR. Hoping for a good swift resolution but alas, I need to go elsewhere for my immediate needs.
