the forge is great but didn't come with refractory cement which is fine bc a big bucket of it which only used half is only 18.99 locally so I don't mind

Great little forge I used it for some casting. Only feature I'd like is an easier lighting option long matches worked ok.

Great little foundry. I melted some copper and brass in it with no trouble. I tried melting steel in it and while it did liquify some of what I put in there the temperature required to do this is pretty brutal on the foundry and it warped the lid. My crucible isn't looking so pretty anymore either, though still functional. For softer metals this is great.

Brilliant furnace, good quality stainless steel, decent length gas hose, everything you need to get started, I recommend buying refraction cement or liquid & pouring tongs

I have ordered a number of items from Vervor and have never been disappointed. You get what you ordered, good price and functional. This furnace is just as good. Rather impressed with the price, quality and functionality. Now looking for moulds and pouring tongs to suite the furnace

The furnace is good, but what a mess about with the refectory cement! The insulation is very absorbent and I ran out of material Would have been nice to have more detailed instructions on how to apply the cement Also the tongs are not good - in fact dangerous! As many have mentioned the tongs will break the crucible, but pouring can be a equally dangerous

This is a nice unit and works very well .. simple straight forward and effect for what I needed .. fast heat up
