Customer Reviews for VEVOR Propane Melting Furnace, 2462℉, 2 KG Metal Foundry Furnace Kit with Graphite Crucible and Tongs, Casting Melting Smelting Refining Precious Metals Like Gold Silver Aluminum Copper Brass Bronze

The VEVOR electric smelter is a solid, budget-friendly choice for small-scale metal casting, especially if you're looking to produce your own stock for CNC projects. It heats up quickly, maintains temperature well, and handles common non-ferrous metals like aluminum, brass, and copper with ease. The build quality is decent for the price, and the included graphite crucible and tongs are serviceable for hobby or light professional use. Just be mindful of safety—it's powerful and gets extremely hot, so proper PPE and ventilation are essential. Overall, it’s a practical entry-level tool for reclaiming scrap and casting custom billets for milling.

I'm very happy with my smelting furnace purchased from Vevor. It worked very well on my trial melt with Copper wires from a broken karcher cleaner motor. My next step is to do a gold melt when I get more crucibles delivered.

Another great product by vevor! Gets the job done and easy to use!

Great product

Nice melting furnace well put together I really like the quality of the burners and air tubes. Unfortunately for VEVOR it doesn’t look like I will have to buy another it’s that well made THANKS

Works great

Très bon produit, très bon service, je recommande.

Haven't used it yet

Worked as advertised Only thing I have to say is watch some videos on how to prep the furnace and crucible before using.
