Appears to be well made and the features the seat boosts along with the good reviews all had a part in my ultimate decision to purchase this seat. Turns out to be a very cheaply made seat not worth $100 dollars let alone the $300 that is cost. The fake leather is held on with a couple of staples that is for sure to fail in the near future. Seat sits very high on the forklift and very wobbly so it feels like you are going to fall off. Highly dissatisfied with this seat and if it wasnt for the labor and the fact I threw the old seat out already, I would be returning this pile of S.

This seat was purchased to replace a mower seat which had cracked from weather exposure. This seat is made of the same material, ad states PVC synthetic leather, it's not leather, it's plastic and will degrade. But for now it is ok, adjustable, folding armrests and relatively comfortable. No fitting hardware supplied which is important as normal bolts interfere with slide mechanism.

Seat too heavy for my use (zero turn mower).

Refund for lost packages / damaged items If you receive your package and find that some items were lost or damaged in transit, rest assured that you can easily apply for a full refund for those items. However i needed a lower profile seat so i purchased another one from Vevor and started my return process to find out that i would have to negotiate a refund price lower than i paid and keep the seat which was no use to me or i would have to pay for return shipping to get a full refund so that is clearly false advertisement and now i have to advertise and sell a seat i do not need

The adjustment knob for the suspension base is broken upon opening the package.

The whole ordeal sucked. Advertised wrong. Customer srrvice sucked. U forced to accept 1/2 refund because return shipping would put me deep in the hole. I ended up losing $100.00 because you have no people to talk too. Never again will i or any of my acquaintances grace your lieing misinforming website. I dont expect this review to reach your website but this is the WORST experience ever.
