Customer Reviews for VEVOR Floor-to-Ceiling Transfer Pole, Tension Mounted Bathroom Grab Bar with Anti-Slip Curve Handle, 300 Lbs Capacity Security Pole for Elderly, Ideal Senior Safety Pole for 7-10 Ft Ceilings, Black

The poles are not necesary bad but installation is short of a nightmare because the instructions are extrmely poor and it is obvious that it requires tools that are not included. I was able to make them work somehow but it has been a matter of days of trial an error to ensure the two I bought are safe enough for my elderly parents. I would strongly suggest to anyone looking for similar poles to: number one, look for another brand and number two ensure all necessary tools are included. If they are not, make sure it is clealy indicated in the instructions (whihc was not the case with this brand) .

Tjhevscrews were slightly tightened as instructed by Susan on our ticket for return and refund. The torque was locked as instructed. However the Transfer rod is still not safe and dangerous to use. The rod turns and ceiling panel moved when the elderly patient grabbed to use the handrail. We would like to return and receive a refund.

Wer sich erger sparen will sollte lieber woanders kaufen.

I bought 2 of the floor to ceiling transfer poles. The threads gaulded on both units when I attempted to adjust them securely to the floor and ceiling.
