Leider ist die Einziehhilfe nicht optimal geeignet. Am Fiberglas Ende ist eine ca. 5cm lange Metallhülse in der dann das Endstück geschraubt wird. Leider ist diese Hülse aus Metall und nicht beweglich, somit kommt man an etwas engen Stellen im Leerrohr nicht mehr durch.

Ordered it and was told 2 day delivery. 5 days later it arrived, after the tracking was weak, very weak. It arrived taped up, yes it had been already sold and returned. The tape was stuck inside the unit, which is probably why it was returned. I needed it days earlier so I took it apart and fixed it. More time lost. A very unpleasant buying experience.

A première vue cet article semble très efficace, mais l'aiguille casse nette dans une gaine électrique à la première utilisation. Donc, je suis retourné sur un tire-fil classique et nettement plus solide. Pas très professionnel...

Après l’ouverture du colis je constate que l’aiguille est endommagé à 2 endroits, je signale immédiatement cela au service client mais aucune réponse ! Service client indisponible ! Matériel de faible qualité !

Wirkt stabil ist aber leider nicht wie erwartet formstabil, damit man auch länger Strecken gerade schieben und kleine Öffnungen treffen kann. Ab 2,5m nicht mehr manövrierfähig. Für das einziehen in vorverlegten Lehrprogramm bestens geeignet.

Produit très décevant, j’ai passé mon câble dans une gaine et après 10 mètres de câble, celui-ci était coupé à l’intérieur du touret. En regardant de plus près le câble était sectionné à plusieurs endroits. Produit très décevant. Point positif le SAV m’a remboursé le produit sans le renvoyer avec des photos du produit à l’appui.

Product looks great, but delivery was one day short of a week late, THAT IS HORRIBLE in todays market. You offered a partial refund two days ago, I believe I more than deserve it now.

Used it the moment I received it. Was pulling a small gauge signal wire above the t-bar ceiling line and the hook came off with out much effort. It did not get caught anything. Decided to keep it anyways. Everything else looks well built. If you are planning to pull cables with this, check the line hook for craftsmanship first. By the way, it's also hard to turn the wheel to retract the fish line. Maybe it will loosen up overtime. .

First of all: The item never arrived. I only gave 3 stars because a rating is required, but I cannot properly evaluate the product. I had to deal with the AI support to explain that the package, although marked as delivered on Vevor.de, never actually arrived. Afterwards, the human agent simply repeated that, according to the tracking, it had been delivered. For DHL deliveries, we have a large parcel mailbox as a designated drop-off location where the package should have easily fit, and I am also at home most of the time. No one accepted this package. I clearly offered reasonable solutions: resend the item, issue a refund, or obtain proof of delivery from the carrier. Instead, I received a generic and unhelpful response telling me to check with neighbors and to contact the carrier myself. This is not acceptable. The support provided in the chat is simply inadequate, and shifting the responsibility to the customer is not the right approach. I only checked the tracking on VEVOR.de after receiving the request to leave a review. I never received any delivery notification email, which is why I could not take action on the supposed delivery date.
