When to put runners in new cabinet just built and 6 of the soft draw runners broken the red clip for soft close is broken does not work

The drawer slides were, as expected after watching videos and reading other people's feedback, of good quality. However, they probably have a very weak point in a piece of plastic that is essential and allows the soft-close function to be charged, which happens when the drawer is opened. Of the 20 drawer slides received (10 pairs), the plastic piece was broken in 9 of them, and they are not possible to replace without special tools. Had to install a drawer with a fully functioning drawer slide, and one where the plastic piece was broken. They were making an unpleasant clicking sound in the broken slide when closing, created by a blockage caused by the not charged soft close system. Because of this only 3 stars are given for the quality, and a complaint will be sent to VEVOR.

Very disappointed because my slides did not come with screws even though the description and video s said otherwise. I just ordered two more boxes . Please send screws. Thank you

One has been installed one pair so far and the drawer only Wade approximately 25 pounds and it doesn’t roll very well. Hopefully the other ones will be better.

I rolled the dice on these because they were quite cheap, but you get what you pay for. Would not use them again. The “ball bearings” don’t really act as ball bearings they just slide through the goop they are lubed with and don’t roll. The soft close function is pretty finicky, and requires more force than it should. Might be fine for garage drawers, but they shouldn’t be used in the home.

I bought slides which are too long. Trying to return them since I bought shorter ones from Vevor and asked to send these back. Vevor will not issue me a return, so I will never ever buy anything else from this company.

Purchased these but found out they wouldn't fit due to previous mounts being undermount, tried to return but these people just rane around in circles for days before telling me I shouldn't return it since it would cost more to return it, and just canceled my return without another word or authorization. I have a paint sprayer from them that performed very mediocre, and my other half was looking at a pool heater for 1400 that I will be telling her not to
