Tanya Flimsy and missing parts
When it arrived I was excited to put it up. The set up instructions were some and fairly easy to follow. Set up was easy with two people. It wasn't until the last few steps I realized it was missing partsto complete the top and door side.
I contacted customer service and they made me send several photos which was annoying. All I wanted was the missing parts and that was not one of my options. I chose to take a small redund and keep the product rather than pull it apart and send it back for a replacement.
I was able to McGiver it to work but without roof support.
I was not at all satisfied with the product and even more disappointed in their customer support.
