Customer Reviews for VEVOR Crawl Space Flood Vent 8" Height x 16" Width Foundation Flood Vent to Reduce Foundation Damage and Flood Risk, Black, Wall Mounted Flood Vent, for Crawl Spaces, Garages & Full Height Enclosures

This vent is exactly what I was looking for to act as a flood vent for the first floor of my stilt house. So it will not rust, and it is a little bigger than my opening so I used tapcon on screws and some calk to secure them to the outside of my foundation. I had to drill a couple holes in the frames too. Allow the screws to go through. Overall, this was the best product I could find on the market.

Worked great for my application. Used them on my shop as flood vents to keep from having to spend all the extra money on having a dirt pad built for it.

the only issue is it is not certified to be used as flood vent even though it works fine building departments may question it
