This was shipped in a poorly designed box with no support for the sink. When I got it, the leg support brackets were bent and would not accept the legs. (even if they had, the legs would have been at about 45 degree angles) I contacted customer support and expected them to send a call tag for a return. Instead what I got was a negotiation for a credit for less that the cost of the sink and I could keep the sink. What am I going to do with a destroyed sink?

The interior part of the sink is showing a presence of rust. I did not expect this.

Sink itself is easy to assemble and well made. Trouble with the faucet as others describe. No amount of Teflon tape would seal properly. Ended up using auto RTV gasket sealer. The drain basket had no threads, ended up getting a replacement to make it work. A little more slope in pan to drain better would improve flow. The basin itself is well made.

Everything was well packed. The tub looks ok but I'm not sure about the quality of the "stainless". I was expecting that a magnet wouldn't stick on it. Also it is a bit thin and the solders at the back have been repainted some of it landed on the protective plastic. The legs and spacers are definitively not stainless: they are steel plated with chrome or zinc. Since they came scratched they will rust with time. Manual is basic and lacks details regarding faucet assembly.

Salut j’ai bien reçu le colis

Dostałem pogięty zlew tzn nogą bylazgieta co nie umożliwia włożenie nogi wiec pierwsze zamówienie i rozczarowanie szkoda

Low quality sink, awful welds and broken sink outlet. High price alsow.

Have only had this in and used for 2 months….keeps leaking around the taps and the sink itself leaks…it’s alright for awhile but then it starts to leak…have had a plumber in twice and he’s at a loss other than he hates working on Chinese products…

Katastrophe!!!
