How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
Our overall rating is not a simple average. We prioritize authentic, trustworthy reviews and filter out duplicates or invalid content before calculating the final score. This helps ensure the rating truly reflects real customer experiences.

Stephen Daly Better than expected
This was way better than I expected it to be , arrived on time and I ordered a few weeks before Christmas so I didn't think it would, my partner absolutely loves it, I bought it for her reading nook but we're half tempted to replace our current couches with a few more of these 😅

The chair came packaged very professionally and was easy to move upstairs at my home. My wife was looking for a chair like this and was very happy with the quality and price of the item. Excellent quality! I'll likely have to buy one for my daughter as well because she loves it too.

Stefano Uno dei miei migliori acquisti

Se volete una poltrona comoda e che non dovete montare è perfetta. Da soli si sta comodissimi, ma volendo si può stare anche in due molto vicini. Consiglio!

Meelis comfortable

comfortable if you are under 1.8m tall. For me, 1.9m, it is too small, but for my wife, 1.6m, it is very good.
