La roue tourne toujours quand le frein est mis, les roues fixe ne sont pas d'équerre avec la platine ( roues de travers ). Soudure proche des trous de perçage, les rondelles montent sur la soudure.

content du produit, mais je pense ne plus commander chez vous car je suis très mécontent du service de livraison: un livreur qui la veille nous dit qu'il va passer le lendemain entre 9h et 18h et qui exige notre présence pour laisser le colis alors qu'il loge dans la boite aux lettres ou qu'il peut le laisser dans un endroit sécurisé, se moque du client, j'aimerais mieux par exemple le récupérer dans un point relais, mais pas à leur agence à plus de 20 km de mon domicile. Donc dommage mais je commanderai ailleurs dans ces conditions

Ordered a set of the casters and the box was damaged and had a broken caster. I filed a claim and was giving the run around and was offered a full refund but all I wanted was them to send me a new caster, but they insisted I take the full refund so i agreed. Well it’s been on going for 3 weeks with no refund or no new caster. I will not ever do business with them again, and I give you fair warning beware of them
