Did not work out of the box.Contacted the non existent customer service on website still waiting for an answer. Need to use the jack and I have been waiting for 2 days for a response. Waste of my time.I should have bought one from harbour freight. At least I could have exchanged it the same day.

Manual Type 12 T 8-15.8 inch
Tras dejarlo presionando un tablón, pierde presión y deja de hacer fuerza, no merece la pena.

Not what I expected
I purchased this jack thinking it was like most other jacks, I believed it had a height adjustable load pad. That is not the case. I am trying to return it but that is proving to be impossible. It appears I had to pay to find out this is not made like most other jacks. I will not purchase from Vevor Again. Never Again
