I bought this for my 2018 Honda ridgeline, but would not fit this truck well. Customer service made it extremely difficult to return it. My first experience with Vevor and my last.

This product broke the day after it was installed. It is a waste of money. Do not buy this product. I would like a refund but do not expect to get it. The product is poorly made. Do not waste your money.

Poor quality, all four end caps fell off. Very flimsy. For the price it’s ok but would not recommend.

This is a decent, budget friendly ladder rack. My only issue is that the end caps keep falling off, exposing the interior of the rack to salt and debris. I would pick up more end caps but VEVOR doesn’t sell them.

I can open the windows the racks are whistling at the speed over 60 miles. They must provide hole covers and line covers to avoid noise.

It’s cheap so my expectations are low. Problem 1 : Holes do not line up for crossbar assembly. I managed to get one assembled with a lot of difficulty. The 2nd one, the holes are just too far off from where they should be. Problem 2: missing 1 part but sent double the amount of another part. The holes being off is a big issue as I can’t use it. Is it worth returning? Or do I just bore out the holes until it fits?

I used this to mount a rooftop tent. The aluminum gussets that sit on the bedside bent on mine. Also the hex head bolts strip easy, causing me to use an ez-out to remove.

Good price for a 16ft telescope ladder, and it functions as designed, but I wouldn't recommend it for heavy loading jobs. It bent and wobbled even for a simple job on the RV roof, while I am not a big, heavy guy. It would be more sturdy with stronger materials, but yes, for sure, then the price would be different. So, looking for a low price ladder, yes; need a strong ladder, probably no

As far as I'm concerned these are absolute garbage. Within three days of installing them on a ram pickup one of my employees had an emergency situation where one of the black plastic guides that would normally keep a ladder up on the rack came off causing the back end of the ladder to fall off the rack swinging out into on coming traffic. Someone could have been seriously injured had he not noticed it. None of the nuts and bolts provided with these racks stay tight no matter the torque applied to them the adjuster knobs on these spin out very easily and don't stay tight either. Two of the caps have already fallen out and were lost on the road. These are very cheap quality and very unsafe to use. They are now on a shelf in my shop.

I will NEVER shop at VEVOR again.... I tried to return a heated sweatshirt (actually I only wanted to exchange for a larger size) and they gave me a bunch of crap. Terrible customer service
