As far as I'm concerned these are absolute garbage. Within three days of installing them on a ram pickup one of my employees had an emergency situation where one of the black plastic guides that would normally keep a ladder up on the rack came off causing the back end of the ladder to fall off the rack swinging out into on coming traffic. Someone could have been seriously injured had he not noticed it. None of the nuts and bolts provided with these racks stay tight no matter the torque applied to them the adjuster knobs on these spin out very easily and don't stay tight either. Two of the caps have already fallen out and were lost on the road. These are very cheap quality and very unsafe to use. They are now on a shelf in my shop.

I will NEVER shop at VEVOR again.... I tried to return a heated sweatshirt (actually I only wanted to exchange for a larger size) and they gave me a bunch of crap. Terrible customer service

I purchased an aluminum rack, and on the first trip out, the end caps blew out. I've been fighting with Vevor since July to purchase new end caps, which they said they would replace free of charge. Great, right! Since then, the end caps were "lost in shipping". Now receiving the run around for issuing a refund for a defective item, or just simply replacing the end caps. Save your time & hassle and shop somewhere else.

This rack doesn't fit on a full size truck. It is not wide enough.
