Rack arrived quite fast and packaging was in good condition. Only problem was that assembly instructions were missing. Anyway, rack is quite easy to assemble, so instructions are not necessary. Also those can be downloaded from product page.
About rack itself. Paint job is not best. There is scratched and other flaws in paint. Also paint is quite thin, so it scratches quite easily. Also, top cover does not cover whole rack when depth is increased. Top panel cover whole top only when rack is not expanded at all.
Most problematic is that rack is little flimsy. Product page says that you can load up to 500lbs (226kg) of stuff to the rack.I have loaded some 120 kilograms of equipment to the rack, and wheel mountings are starting to bend. Also when moving rack around, it feels like it is going to collapse. I do not have needs to move it around. It might be that i remove wheels and keep it stationary.
Conclusion is that rack is quite nice for it's price.

Etwas scharkantig und die Metallteile sind minimal verbogen gewesen. Für den Preis aber voll in Ordnung.

No vienen las roscas hechas
12U With Wheels
Hay que hacer bastante fuerza para que los tornillos hagan las roscas, por lo demas queda muy robusto. Las bandejas podrian ser un poco más gruesas pero lo que es el rack si que queda muy robusto

Look at the metric sizes as the rack cannot get as shallow as 15", it is a little over 23". Good, solid, small server rack, but does not fit in the location I intended to put it in.

Super rack fiable et assez rigide pour mon imprimante 3d.
Les trous des vis sont malheureusement trop petit et doivent être agrandis . A part ça tout est bon.

Montage fastidieux
15U With Wheels

The VEVOR 12U Open Frame Server Rack, is a nice equipment rack, and seemingly serves its purpose. Putting the rack together, on the other hand, may also seem a bit of a challenge to some who are not so mechanically inclined.
The directions are not all that informative - thankfully there are a few illustrations which give guidance to complete the assembly. The bulk package of screws which are necessary to construct the rack, are self-tapping, and are extremely difficult to turn with a screwdriver by hand - but once seated, they secure the pieces in place.
For the money - and based on your individual needs or use for such equipment racks - this, VEVOR 12U Open Frame Server Rack, is priced to suit most needs of the user - perhaps more so from a studio (in my opinion) setting where the rack would be "stationed," as opposed to be expected to survive the rigors from being moved from state to stage, while on the road.

Everything works great. Went together easy. Now sitting in the server room with 3 Supermicro 36 bay storage servers running on it. The only problem is with the top plate. It only fits with one depth. If you extend it at all, the top won’t fit on it and you will have to make one for it. I actually cut and stained a piece of 1/4” plywood for it.

Perfect for beginners and cost effective
12U With Wheels
This is my first server rack i have ever purchased or used. Putting it together is not as bad as i have seen many others say for the reviews of this. I did have a small problem aligning some holes during assembly but it was from over tightening screws. There is a section near the bottom that secures two 90 degree angles together but is blocked by the nut for the caster wheels. I however did not have any damage from the factory. Paint finish felt just fine but will scratch off if you aren't careful. I think the parts were shipped in a very clean manner and were all labeled what part was what, minus the screws. After i finished assembling the unit i thought it was more than sturdy for what purpose it serves. Is it going to survive being thrown off the roof? Probably not, but for its intended use it seems more than solid and only takes about an hour to setup. It did say you need two people, but i did it by myself, with some patience. The only flaw to the entire cabinet is that NONE of the adjustable parts secure together with nuts. The entire cabinet is assembled using M5 screws and you must force thread the holes with the screws. They are not self tapping either from the looks of it. It seems solid enough with the way it went together so I'm going to try and not beat this around too much so it doesn't become flimsy. I would very much so recommend that you use a drill with a Philips bit and set the clutch to a medium strength. You also have to be careful you match both sides of the adjustable racks so a part isn't installed backwards or upside down because it can very easily look like it was assembled right. To be very honest i would give this a 4.5 out of 5 only because i feel that the assembly instructions could use some improving.
