Easy installation but a slight leak issue. I had a plumber/tiler come to install the bath and tile the floor of my garage. He said it was a very easy set up, the only issue was the plastic draining pipe was leaking. He gave it a quick fix covering it with sealant and I tried to contact the company to possibly get a replacement pipe. No idea if they’ve heard my request or not as they send automatic responses out. Hoping to hear back from them soon. It’s a great size for my standard poodle mix and will save my back from previously lifting him into our bath. Came with some extra bits like gloves and a couple of toy balls, too small for my dog but will give to my mums spaniel to enjoy.

The Tub is very good along with the accessories. However, the plastic floor grate was shipped with identical base legs. The legs overlap in a x-pattern. I cannot use it till they ship me the right part. Will see how quickly they even understand my dilemma.

I'm a little disappointed in this dog bath, the sliding door is very small , so you are squeezing big dogs through. the drain platform is too high & small for any dog but a small one. overall this is really not meant for bigger dogs. we had to replace the hook up hoses as they immediately leaked. . would I purchase it again, no

The dimensions did not match exactly what I ordered. There are many parts that need protection—specifically sharp edges—and the door also makes a lot of noise; I had to make some modifications.

I am really not impressed with the quality of this item. It came in a shipping box in ok condition so I didn’t expect the issues inside. The tray for the raised floor was missing, the tub itself has rust spots and dents all over. There is even an area of weird residue that won’t come off.Putting it together the instruction manual has the parts labeled differently from the hardware pack it came with. I have ordered other vectors tubs from third party distributors before and have been extremely happy with those. This tub is just poor quality and definitely not what was expected.

Came in a box dropped off at the end of the driveway or rather tossed off the truck. The cardboard box had gravel from my driveway stuck in it from the fall. The contents look like they had gone through a washing machine, all jumbled and the packing styrofoam ripped into confetti. The stainless is scratched. Filed a complaint and still have not heard back. Can't comment on the dog wash as I have not used it but their choice of shipping companies leaves much to be desired.
