This is perfect of you have limited storage space. I'm still learning about this lift but I like what I'm able to do with it.

I had to dress the threaded shaft a little to install bearing while assembling. After assembly, it worked perfect. It takes a 1/2 drive socket adapter and 7/8\" socket to use a drill. My 20v max drill worked it easily. The lift will go much higher than I need it to. I really think it would go high enough to flip mower. About half way was perfect for me because my deck was hitting the ground on opposite side and I didn't want to bend or warp anything. I have plenty of working room to do anything i need to do under mower. Stores flush with the wall in my garage, not to heavy, great value for the $$$

Lift works well, easy to use. Assembly was straightforward and quality materials were used. I would recommend this product. I use it on my 30" wide Cub Cadet mower.

Screw rod is difficult turning through the halfway point, raising or lowering. Screw rod does not appear bent, but threads along the middle section of the screw rod may not be consistent with the ends. Otherwise, works as claimed. NOTE TO CUSTOMERS: Be SURE to match weight of mower to lift capacity, which varies.

Easy to assemble and operate and makes changing blades on ride on mower a lot easier now.

Works well . Lifts mower to a good height to clean under deck etc
