Another product in my order arrived damaged. Contacted customer service and they never responded. Talked to an agent and they kept telling me that they emailed me and they have escalated the issue but I never received an email. Have yet to get a resolution. The agent keeps sending me screenshots of emails she said they are sending me but removes header (does not display the email it was sent from, email sent to and date and time). I have checked all my folders and those emails have not been received. This company is a scam save your money. They will not provide support for their products.

Never received the ordered items. Just received a lot of lies .I believe my responces were not even read or not understood because of maybee a translation issue. Horrible.

I have been trying to get a replacement or return/refund for almost 2 weeks. Item came damaged. Sent photos over. I don’t know why they are dragging this on. Photos of damaged product sent to you! Just replace it with one not damaged or refund my order! It’s a simple process! First order with them and will probably be my last!
