This shower chair is nice and sturdy and was easy to assemble. It works well for my elderly mother, but having the accessible grab bars beside it is necessary for her.

Good stability easy to adjust reasonsble price

It is a good solid chair. It stated can be used in a bathtubs but unfortunately, did not fit well inside the tubs. I guessed that shouldn't be in the description for its false information. I just gave it to my friend.

It was easy to assemble. The biggest problem I have is that the back is not adjustable. It is also badly shaped and I couldn't sit in it for long enough to have a shower. I'm not sure what your refund policy is but I will have to get in contact.

While the price and rating for this shower chair caught my attention, the package that arrived was ruptured in several places and parts were warped, and screws worn/stripped and loose on preassembled units. Indicated prior customer assembly attempts that may have been challenging; chipped or completely scraped screw heads (not black like originals). Essential crossbar could not be attached underneath seat, due to warping and unnatural torque. Even with two people, could not seed bars into carved out canyons (would not align even with significant sustained effort). This prevented screw from aligning (see scuffing from screw pulling away from designated receptacle due to unnatural torque/misalignment). The threading appeared stripped, so screw could not be tightened. Center screws at crossbar junction could not therefore reach the seat undersurface to screw parts together (manual instructed use of short screw). The poor condition of the packaging should have been a warning, but I have successfully assembled many pieces of furniture without issue. I believe prior assembly attempts and possible manufacture defects/shipping mishandling or prior customer assembly attempts caused damage, rendered this shower chair defective. I will return it for refund. In contrast, I also ordered a Vevor elevated toilet seat that was assembled quickly and without any challenges. Highly recommend this particular shower seat product (in current condition) be removed from recirculation. Photos will show loose screws on pre-assemblied pieces (which cannot be tightened due to stripping of both screw heads and threading. Due to urgent need for this safety piece, I had to purchase another brand that overnighted delivery free of charge. Both design and assembly of new product were flawless. I might have given Vevor a chance to make this right with replacement, were it not for so many flawed elements of this shipment; ruptured box, worn/stripped screws, loose pre-assembled pieces with stripped screws, warped crossbar that would not align with seat grooves, all which indicated this was a returned defective product. This review will not allow upload all photo evidence, but I will provide additional photos to Vevor in support of my request for full refund. Cannot rate higher because product unusable.
