How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
Our overall rating is not a simple average. We prioritize authentic, trustworthy reviews and filter out duplicates or invalid content before calculating the final score. This helps ensure the rating truly reflects real customer experiences.

Los Angeles Dad Great purchase
Step 3 - Black
I bought a pair of these railings to make safer two interior steps between my kitchen and sun room as my aging knees get weaker. The railings not only make the steps much safer but greatly improve the appearance of that area. It took a handyman less than 1 hour to install them.

Top quality and workmanship. Super easy to install. Comfortable to use for everyone. Looks great (installed in church sanctuary). Surprised that finish was super high gloss, not matte black as product described by Vevor CA.
