This piece of equipment does not look like much but let me tell you other wise. If you ever had a broken leg which I have or you think your legs are week.This ball trainer will get you in shape with in a few months. The exercises and strengthening routines using this is by far well worth the money. I have to get back to exercising.Buy 1 and see for yourself.Dont have weak legs anymore.

Whether you are trying to build strength or just improve your balance, this simple device is just what you need. I keep it by my recliner where I watch TV. Time spent off the recliner on this little ball is time well spent.

Working on mastering balance on the ball. Need help improving my coordination and balance. Am getting the moves down. The Bosu ball is nice and sturdy. It takes a little bit of time to get the inflation correct. Easy to inflate and deflate.

I liked the pump compared to the bosu ball pump, and this ball is holding air so far. I had purchased a Bosu ball and it leaked from day one. The ball came with everything as stated in the description. I pumped up the ball and I have used it once so far. I can't tell a difference between this model and the Bosu ball at the gym.
