Customer Reviews for VEVOR 25 FT Pressure Washer Telescoping Wand, with Power Washer Extension Wands & High Pressure Hose, Brush Head, 7 Nozzles, Hose Adapter, Upgrade Support Belt, Storage Bag, 4000 PSI for High Cleaning

I wish I could give 5 stars but my unit had a fatal flaw that really let it down. The flexible hose that connects the backpack unit to the lance broke. It broke at the metal ends where it screws onto the unit and the lance. The metal hex nuts split with hairline cracks and started leaking, and eventually broke apart completely. I was unable to fine a replacement hose so I was forced to make a replacement out of some rubber butane gas line. This fix involved taking the unit apart. It is far from an ideal repair, but the unit works again.

Beaucoup Trop lourd

It is awful. Can not control when fully extended. No real instructions on the brace. The levers that lock the sections together are temperamental, always needing constant adjusting with the Allen wrench. I have asked for money back and they have not followed through.

Product is trash the clasp that holds it together broke when I opened it and half of them are coming loose when I tried to extend the handle have not used it yet and they are giving me a hard time for a return I've been 4 days trying to get them to send me a shipping label. I will not be doing business with this company again I have bought several things and they're making it very hard for a customer who received a junk product

You are doing something wrong....i pay taxes to you, and i pay pay the same taxes when i recive........that's on every item from vevor.....not happy with that.....
