Very nice product for the money does the job with less cost

Works great

*Pacman screws on the carb.* This thing rips, is easy to start hot or cold. I see videos of it with people pulling 5 6 times to pop them 3 more to fire and I don't get it. Mine starts first pull occasionally but definitely second. The chain left a bit to be desired but come on, it's to be expected. Came with a neat pre marked mixing bottle to mix a tank and a half of 40:1. Run red armor and rec fuel in mine. It's solid, I like it. Very well made.

For a small 12 Inch saw this unit has acceptable quality and is a quick starting unit. I have run several tanks of 40 to 1 fuel through this saw. No problems. It does what is was designed for and is in the arborist category. I have larger units do the bulk of the heavy work. this saw gets the smaller jobs done with efficiency and it is an easy saw to maneuver.

Nice small size for girlfriend. Nice for trimming. Can handle big jobs . Runs smooth,chain seems to last. Cover kinda comes off weird. But you don't have to take it off unless your changing blade.

I am a homeowner, that heats with wood. I do a lot of cutting on my property and other areas for wood, and depend on my chainsaw. Both my brand name chainsaws died! I needed something, and I needed it fast! I took a chance and ordered the 18 inch chainsaw from your company. It arrived very quickly, was easy to put together, and after adding fuel and oil, it started on the third pole. I have never had a problem starting it since! I loved it so much, I ordered another one from you guys for a backup. Very dependable and very powerful. The only problem I have, is that it idles way too fast, and burns gas fast. This is far better and cheaper than having my other saws repaired. I also love the fact that I can use my chains on this saw, they are an exact fit! I will buy more items from your company in the future! Thank you.
