James Barnes Mr
Initial purchase came with the screw attachment broke contacted them and immediately they went into rectifying the situation , I got a replacement within a week. Excellent company and the chainsaw is great quality , comparable to the much more expensive big brands . Ill be buying from them again and again and again...

If you have realistic expectations for this saw it will GREATLY exceed them! Out of the box just add bar oil and mixed gas and it runs like it stole something! Way out punches it's weight

Moteur tourne bien mais les matériaux utilisés ne sont pas comme les marques connues mais pour faire du bois à la maison très bonne tronçonneuse
