How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
Our overall rating is not a simple average. We prioritize authentic, trustworthy reviews and filter out duplicates or invalid content before calculating the final score. This helps ensure the rating truly reflects real customer experiences.

shawreid05 Great inexpensive saw
Great little saw, started 2 pull, ran 2 tanks through it never missed a beat. Chain super sharp, oiler works great.
Chain adjuster could be improved to metal vs plastic but works.

JW.. ANIMAL and Absolute ANIMAL
ANIMAL is the best way to describe this little BEAST. I have both the 12" and 62cc chainsaws now. Both my Sthil and Husqvarna 460 are in the case. This 12" is like the perfect chainsaw..
