I just recently purchased this Saw and the side panel tabs are broken. I’ve requested a new side panel and I keep on getting the runaround. I’ve been spending a lot of money here lately with this company but if I don’t get a new panel, I’m probably gonna go buy anything else from them poor Customerservice.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich habe ihr Produkt erhalten und bin tief enttäuscht. Die Motorsäge hat keine Kettenbremse entgegen der Beschreibund. Der Hebel der angeblichen Bremse ist ohne Funktion was für einen Leihen Lebensgefahr bedeuten kann. Die Kette gleitet egal ob der Hebel gezogen o. gedrückt wird! Ein weiteres Problem ist das Starten der Motorsäge. Meine alte Stihl läuft nach dem zweiten Versuch, diese läuft mit viel Glück und Startpilot nach 30min kurz an. Absolut unbefriedigend, nein eher mangelhaft. Ich bitte um Lösungsvorschläge oder Tausch gegen ein funktionierendes Gerät, sollte das nicht gehen gegen Rückerstattung und Abholung der Motorsäge. These EU versions are different from the US versions. This is a ultra low-quality, trash chainsaw. Mine came complete with a cracked air filter, compression loss, and a screw that came loose and wreaked havoc on the flywheel, sending dangerous shrapnel flying. DO NOT BUY THIS SAW. Vevor needs to pull this trash off the market. Edit: Turns out that this saw is actually 54cc. The piston measures 45mm (not 45.2mm like many other "62cc" saws) and is based on a much cheaper chassis than the US model. So there's no upgrade path for the top end either. This european model is a massive downgrade from the US model.

Purchased in July 26 - unfortunately it didn’t ever start from out of the box - it had spark it had fuel just never fired - I used ether to get a fire but no luck - I determined that the fly wheel and magnetic pick up for the ignition was “clocked” wrong and was firing close to the bottom of the stroke No spares available for the Chinese motor ?? Vevor did refund after a lot of emails (so thank you) - brand new and went in the bin so no testing at assembly — Gordon

Came in broke

Suite au remplacement de la première défectueuse, j’ai reçu une nouvelle qui après avoir été montée, a fonctionné quelques pour test, sans problème. Ce WE, chantier en vue....Impossible de redémarrer la tronçonneuse. Apparemment, bougie déposée, il y a une étincelle !!! Au bout de quelques essais, ion sent l'odeur d'essence...mais aucun signe de démarrage, avec ou sans starter....c’est décevant ! Que dois-je faire ? Merci de votre réponse. Cordialement. D. BARRAULT

J'ai ouvert le carton hier, et malheureusement je n'arrive pas a démarrer la tronçonneuse malgré l'usage d'un carburant prêt a l'emploi de qualité...il semblerait que l'allumage se fasse bien car étincelle a la bougie..

Je suis tombé sur une tronçonneuse avec un défaut, elle n'a jamais démarré, malheureusement cela arrive. Mais après échange avec le service client, elle m'a été remboursée.

Not happy. Started and ran well. Cut two logs and chain came off and damaged the chain and blade. Cannot locate replacement parts

Extrêmement déçu impossible a démarrer ! Ne recommande pas !
