This vest is great. The included removable pouch is perfect for my phone, keys and chapstick- and just enough room for a fruit snack. I will definitely be buying the next heavier weight as well.

This is my first weighted vest, bought it about a month ago and had no issues with it so far. Liked that it had the phone case that's detachable and the shipping was very fast.

Very heavy. This thing is definitely for people that are active and have been for a while. I found it took a little massaging of the vest to make them flatter to be more comfortable on your back. Other than that when they say this is for experienced people, I would highly recommend it. I am happy. I bought some smaller weighted vest as well and will be working my way up to this west.
