Een paar weken dagelijks in gebruik met wandelen en zeer tevreden. Zit goed hoog aangesloten rond de bovenrug en borstkas zoals het hoort. Wel even wennen met de kleine 10kg extra maar dat is de bedoeling natuurlijk. Gebruik het nu ook om squats te doen en te pompen.

I’m enjoying this 20 pound weighted vest. I put it on during my walks on my walking pad and while doing squats. At first it felt a bit heavy on my shoulders but that was just for the first time wearing it. After that it was fine. I may be ordering the 30 pound soon one as well.

Angel wings Good for 49+ for workouts and walking
This vest is very heavy. If you’re not already working out, choose something liter. This helps burn more calories while walking but remember to wear supportive shoes for this amount of weight (women). I use it once or twice a week along with a body pump class.

This is the best purchase!! I ordered 20 pound weighted vest. It is so comfortable. Feels so great hiking with this. It fits absolutely perfect! Definitely 5 Star!!! I won’t leave the house for a walk without it!!

This vest is good. I got it for my husband so it works well for him. I wouldn't really suggest it for a woman unless you have small breasts as the double strap does squish them. I have a vest for myself that only has a single strap so it's not so uncomfortable.
