It's very fussy and hard to get the dog into, so for an injured dog who can't stand for long, it takes too long to get him into the apparatus.

Unless your dog is very old or is missing limbs or use of the limbs, this should not be used. During surgery recovery, this was purchased and my dog tipped several times. The back wheels should be able to steer as well to prevent tipping. It was also a pain to put all those straps around him in a comfortable manner, that will support their weight, while also allowing them to still pee. I would not recommend unless your dog is permanently disabled.

Llevo desde el día 23 de abril solicitando una devolución y no tengo respuesta a mi solicitud. Compré para mi mascota esta silla de ruedas, porque tiene problemas en las patas traseras, pero no se ajusta y quise de volverlo pero hasta el día de hoy no tengo ninguna respuesta. Estoy muy decepcionada y realmente no volveré a comprar nada más aquí.

Instructions were good, easy to assemble, and adjust Once our Shepherd is harnessed in properly, she loves it, however… it takes two of us to get her in there, it is not consistent, the screws keep coming out and are too small, especially in winter when your hands are cold. It has been a very frustrating experience for us. The idea of the chair is brilliant, but it has not been by any stretch a joy to use. I would be hard pressed to recommend it to anyone as once it’s on her, it is not consistent with the time before and we are doing the same thing every time. The fabric piece that goes between her legs and supports her back end is very tight. When she urinates, it goes over the fabric between her legs and has to be washed every time The strap that goes over her shoulders toward the front. Is way too tight. The minute we loosen it, she loses support even with the tummy strap. We have considered returning it many times, but due to the necessity of it, we keep struggling with it. It has not been an easy process. A joy when it works, extremely frustrating to get to that point.!!

Product to big. Bought 2cd smaller but my dog passed. Didn't get to use either one. Tried returning but it's so hard to return product. Chat but left on hold twice. I was emailed but I don't check email very often. I just gave up now I'm stuck with them. Out of 95.00. not buying anymore

Package arrived 2 weeks after we needed it for our dog and I have now been told that the company does not “recommend” returning it! I specifically purchased this item from Vevor because they DO have a return policy! I will never purchase from here again!

I try to exchange for size up. The response from customer service was that I should reed the description before I buy. That was it. Horrible response especially when you have a dog with special needs. I will never buy from this company ever.

Never got it

Wózek średnio można dopasować. Mało tego zero kontaktu ze sprzedawca a chce zrobić zwrot. Za chwile się okaże że już jest po terminie i mogę tego odzyskac pieniędzy a kwota za wózek nie jest mała bo prawie 600 zł. Firma vevor utrudnia wykonanie zwrotu.
