This is a really nice dolly and super easy to handle. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because on sharp turns the wheels don’t roll smoothly. In other words, not a smooth rolling transition. Kinda has a slight drag to the turn; with weight of course. Structure is solid, yet light weight for a dolly. I’m really happy with it. Haven’t had the chance to experience stair climbing, yet.

I purchased this to replace a very light weight one that we had. It works great going up our stairs. The only issue I have is that it isn't easy to turn when you have it loaded. Works great going straight. The price was great and it is made very well.

Why is this being sold as a stair climbing dolly and then if you look at the box and instructions the first disclaimer say “this is not made to climb stairs” I feel like a retards running their ad campaigns. So buyer beware this is not a stair climber

I really wanted this cart to work and put in some time to researching various models online and really needed it just as it arrived. But it is very hard to pull up stairs, the tri-wheel arraignment isn't ratio 'ed correctly and I would have done better with a traditional two wheel version. That said, the ASSY was easy, the construction top notch, and it is really strong and well built. Now, I just need to figure out how to re-engineer it to work the way it should.

I expected the assembly to be easy to install but when I was putting the caps on the edge to keep the wheels in place… the caps wouldn’t go on and scratched the area making it non refundable. 4 people try to apply force like the instructions said and it wouldn’t work. So we used a towel and a hammer and it did make a dent but it worked. I would not buy this again because it was a bit difficult for me to lug it with water up the stairs. It felt very heavy despite it being a stair stepper.

Product so-so. Was expecting better.

One of the wheels broke after the third use, leaving the dolly pretty much useless.
