I’m very happy with this item, it’s been in daily use for over 6 months now, I just upgraded the filters to ceramic ones, but the supplied carbon filters worked perfectly well removing any taste of chlorine and likely removing microplastics too. It requires a stand to give headroom for a kettle under the spigot, although it can be positioned towards the edge of a surface to the same effect. High quality stainless steel construction, including the tap/spigot. Blemish free as day 1. Recommended item.

Easy to put together and if you buy it just for one or two people I would put the stoppers provided into one of the holes and keep a filter, packed away, but I now don't buy any bottle water and I think the current tap water where I live tastes like swimming pool water, but not now. Apparently it will do around 60,000 bottles of water, so it has to be worth it.

Easy to assemble and has made a big difference in the quality of water. After you thoroughly soak the filter as shown in the booklet (which takes a few minutes) it works fast. There is a bit of packaging but it’s mostly recyclable, the value for money is great compared to other options. Especially when you look into how much the stand alone is, this package deal is the most affordable option out there for the volume of water you store in it. The only plastic is the top and bottom of the filter, much better than a regular water filter jug. Tastes great, makes the water clear with no smell even though our water comes out of the tap with a smell and particles in it. Recommend

amasing filter , bought this to filter out microplastics and other minerals from drinking water , we boil the tap water let it cool down then filter. Just wished we have bought a bit bigger one, as it needs constant refilling for a family of 4.

Arrived well packaged. Item is pretty easy to assemble. Instructions aren’t great but pretty straightforward to figure out what to do. It’s imperative you get the water filters filled with water and prepped before installing as it helps the flow. The items are very well made, nicely finished and polished stainless steel. I’ve been using it for a while and I really can’t fault it. Also the customer support is also second to none. I would recommend you all get this. After a few months you need to change the filters (approx £15 for 2 and they last upto six months dependant on usage) and I will split open the old filters to see how much gunge they’ve removed. If I remember I will put a follow up report on here about my findings.

Looks great. Haven't been able to use it yet. Told vevor that the nut is to big for the thread of the tap. Also sent them a video but 5 days later still not working.
