I got the 16lb (I’m 5’5” 125lbs) per the chart in the listing. It fits well, is pretty comfortable, and I love the attached pocket for cell phone, keys, air pods, chapstick, whatever. It really holds a lot! The only reason I give 4 stars is that I wish I could make it tighter. It’s ok to walk in but if I try to run it bounces a TON, and the only way to keep it in place is to physically hold it in place which is really annoying. Otherwise exactly as advertised.

This is my first weighted vest, bought it about a month ago and had no issues with it so far. Liked that it had the phone case that's detachable and the shipping was very fast.
