The pan is too thin and too low to the burner. If you turn to low, it's too slow, when you turn up a bit the oil gets too hot. It's hard to set the right temperature. The oil turns dark after the first pan. I have a thicker pan that I replaced and the oil last at least 4 pans before the oil gets too dark to use.

This fire is very dangerous.I cut the shit of my hand! The edges of the frame are way too sharp and dangerous. I have about a 1 an inch cut on my hand from trying to pick it up.

Unfortunately, this fryer did not perform well for us. The biggest issue was its inability to maintain a consistent oil temperature. The oil would get too hot, so we would lower the temperature dial slightly, but then it would cool down too much. When we raised the dial again, even just a little, the oil would quickly become too hot. We were never able to maintain the proper frying temperature consistently, which resulted in food either being overcooked or undercooked. Ultimately, we stopped using the fryer because the inconsistent temperature was affecting the quality of our food. For a commercial fryer, reliable temperature control is essential, and unfortunately, this unit did not meet our expectations.

Hardware for one side is messed up. Either labeled wrong or sent wrong hardware. Have no used yet. Been 3 days since I reached out to vevor for help and no help yet. Directions for this thing are not good! They resent a new one and same issue! Save your time and money and avoid this product!!!

I received the product quickly. I unpacked and unwrapped each piece and laid them out on my workbench to assemble later. Unfortunately I discarded the carton and packing material. Two days later I read the instructions and proceeded to assembling the unit. Two of the legs were bent, the two side shelves, control knobs and one pan and basket were missing. Customer service wanted pictures of the missing parts. Hard to photograph what isn't there. Then they wanted pictures of shipping material which had been disposed of. They offered to send a shipping label but I would have to purchase a carton and packing material. So while customer service tried to correct the problem the product I received was incomplete, damaged and useless. Being over 70 and a stroke survivor, I just threw up my arms and gave up. Keep everything until you assemble the unit and are sure it is complete and working correctly I really wanted this item but I'll not invest another $167 to get one. I'll never order from VEBOR again.

Upon receipt, the tub was bent and the entire frame was crooked. The fryer doesn’t sit even. Also would be better if it were on wheels.

It was very difficult to keep the temperature steady. Definitely does not work, even if there is just a slight breeze because it blows the flames as they are not protected from any type of wind. One of the knobs arrived cracked also.

The fryer itself is good, although with the valves on the propane lines it is very hard to control the temperature of the oil. Ended up burning the oil up on first use and undercooked chicken in the middle but burnt on the outside as the oil got to hot to fast to control

My purchase price as stated was 156.00. Now selling for 40.00
