This is a great out door fryer for most needs. I used it for 5 weekends at an outdoor market and it out preformed my expectations. The dual burners adjust independently. The fryer comes to temperature quickly and maintains an even frying temperature. The included baskets, thermometor and mounted hanging rack is a great bonus. The legs are detachable, adjustable and sturdy. However, beware of frying on windy days. It would be great if there was a wind break. It was almost impossible to fry on a windy day without some sort of wind break. Otherwise, great product. I plan on ordering a second one for home use.

Bought fryer for family function and it really made the fish fry an ease. We cooked over 20lbs of fish, and 10lbs of fries. Love it!

Overall nice product cooks great, wish it had an igniter. Cooked 30 lbs of fresh fish. Best things fir me was no bending over to coo I'm 73 years old awesome product.

Robust, einfache Bedienung und Reinigung Negativ ist zu beurteilen ist, das wenn die Flame erlischt, die Gaszufuhr nicht automatisch unterbunden wird. Das hätte fast zu einer Katastrophe geführt. Nun versuche ich entsprechende Sicherheitseinrichtung nachzurüsten.

When I assembled the deep fryer, i realize it didn't have lids to cover the grease after you are done cooking. It also doesn't have control ops to control the fire. You have to control it from the knobs on the propane hoses. I purchased the 16x2 quart dual tank fryer. If you want any of the features, I don't have, you have to get the next fryer up from the one I purchased.

Work great, one the burner knows broke right after start up and had to glue together. Other than that it works great.

Pros: - The two baskets are decent size, I was able to make 30 chicken wings in each basket very comfortably. There's lots of extra room. - Packaging is secure, product was delivered an hour late but the weather was poor so it is justified. - Propane works. I haven't tried gas. - Easy to use. Cons: - The fryer is not sturdy. It shakes easily. The legs are impossible to set straight. It is a very wobbly product. - Can never tell if the fire is on or not without having to lift the entire pan up and out of the fryer. - I was missing a screw from the packaging, I had to make due without it. Conclusion: I'd recommend this product, especially for the price. I am happy with my purchase, so thank you.

Purchased in September 26 and liked it ok. If you fill the cook pan to the max oil level the low pressure regulator doesn't maintain the heat necessary for serious frying. I purchased a high pressure regulator and was able to get more heat to maintain frying. Have to be careful with the high pressure because it will easily cook too hot.
