The instructions were clear cut, and all the items necessary for assembly were there. If you follow instructions from one and up, it will be done in less than 10 to 15 minutes. The body is heavy duty cast-iron while the oil containers and baskets a good stainless steel. Talk about ready to have fish fry and chicken wings and fries. I give this a thumbs up. I suggest getting a metal 5 gallon container that seals for to store the oil when you’re done.

used it one time so far. fried about 60# of fish. had little bit of hard time keeping oil at 350 degrees. handles on baskets get hot, use of gloves definitely helps. tanks did good, took some heavy oven cleaner to get everything cleaned up. overall sturdy enough, light weight easy to operate.

I am in love with my propane fryer. I used it to fry chicken for a catering job. I will absolutely purchase another one. I recommed everyone to purchase one. I did not take any pictures but it is well worth the price.

Finally got a chance to use fryer for a family get together. Fryer worked very well and every was asking where I got it from.Fried Fish and Chicken for over 30 people with no problems.

Just your typical 2 burner gas build with simplistic design, I wish there was a cut out for the lid to be closed and the thermometer in place I also wish it came with 2 thermometers but as it stand for under $200 it definitely gets 5 stars.

This has made frying easy and quick. We are able to make large quantities for our big family and friends in a timely manner. Super easy to assemble and clean.

Quelques petits problèmes de pieces au montage qui nous ont pas permis de mettre les étagères,belle puissance ! Les gastro sont assez fin mais résiste bien , utiliser avec succès lors d un évènement durant 3 soirs.
