Very good investment. We were able to take to the park for our family reunion. We got some peanut oil and fried fish on one side and chicken on the other. Very convenient, all we needed was a propane tank. No oil leaks and was easy to use. Each batch came out perfect. We got rave reviews

This thing works as described. Easy to maintain temperature, great quality, with removable fry compartments clean up is easy. I am very pleased with this purchase. I use it at our place in Montana to cook for about 30 people. Considering getting one for my home in Florida. Great quality and great price.

The instructions were clear cut, and all the items necessary for assembly were there. If you follow instructions from one and up, it will be done in less than 10 to 15 minutes. The body is heavy duty cast-iron while the oil containers and baskets a good stainless steel. Talk about ready to have fish fry and chicken wings and fries. I give this a thumbs up. I suggest getting a metal 5 gallon container that seals for to store the oil when you’re done.
