Purchased two caddies and they split within two months. After many attempts to submit my photos for their viewing, they offered me a $20 refund. However, I explained that they are useless to me now and they came back with a $80 refund offer. I responded that this was very disappointing to me and I felt it unfair. They have since classed my “case” and I have not received any reimbursement to my account.
Wiould not feel comfortable purchasing from this company again.

Absolute FIRE HAZARD. Fittings are very soft cheap aluminum and incredibly poorly machined. Despite meticulous and verbatim instruction following (MIN of 7 WRAPS of TEFLON TAPE?!?). Who follows instructions anyway, but with a GASOLINE STORAGE TANK I did. Both units leaked from the bottom fitting when standing upright. Within 20 minutes I had 2 large puddles of fuel inside my closed garage. Once the bottom valve is opened, fuel immediately fills the hose to the height of the fuel inside the caddy. There is no shut-off valve at the hose end so there is nothing stopping fuel from running out on the floor if the hose is on the floor or set down. When I laid the caddy's down to prevent fuel leaking from the bottom, the remaining fuel in the hoses poured out all over my driveway. So it leaks out of both ends of this contraption. One spark and my roof could have blown clean off and my house burned down with animals locked inside while I am gone. The hose clamps are inferior and not to be trusted. I disassembled, meticulously reassembled with care. Both still leak.

Very bad experience with support team, the Caddy leaks and I sent pictures and a video and all they have is excuses. I would like someone who knows what they're talking about to contact me. The Caddy is useless if you can't leave gas in it. I Should have paid more attention to the reviews I saw before I bought this Caddy, it's obvious this is a design flaw.

Terrible! Do not buy
Hand Pump
Please beware. This gas caddy chronically leaks .. I have replaced the gaskets with appropriate gaskets and it still leaks. The customer service is terrible and slow.. Vevor refused to allow me to return and refund my money. I threw it away . I should have spent more for quality. Buyer beware.

Leaks at the valve
Hand Pump
Leaks at the rubber gasket at the valve and the red can. Cant really even use it. It needs a tapered thread instead of a gasket fitting.

Joke
Hand Pump
After getting this one the first use the main hose had a leak and the handle broke and wheels fell out Contacted the company and after several emails and getting the pics and emails they wanted they said they would send replacement parts which I never received. Tried emailing again and didn't get any replies.

Plastic for container seems good but the fittings leak. Requested a return as the fitting that is leaking cannot be tightened and by the time I get a replacement the primary use for it will have passed.

Leaks, o ring junk
Hand Pump
O ring started leaking a couple days after putting gasoline in it. Even with the garden hose style shutoff turned off. The rubber from the o ring gets sucked through pump and into hose. The hose is sub par and turn hard and brittle .

Leaks and doesnt crank easily
Hand Pump
the first time i filled this up. i left it sitting for a couple of months before i needed to use it. I went to hand crank it to get fuel into my side by side. I was barely getting anything in before my arm went dead from cranking it. I then try to hook up a drill to the bolt that holds the handle on and was able to spin it enough to fill my side by side. I then Refilled it which was not easy since you need to have it laying down to refill it and then stand it up to use it and get it off of the truck. When i brought it home i removed the handle and then used a drill with a socket adapter that springs to any size. it was working well to spin the crank until the aluminum started slipping. I filled up again but the tank was still 3/4 full. The next time i went into the shed there was fuel all over the place coming from the bottom where the house connects. I shut the valve and it then continued to leak back from the hose. I have it laying down now and will try to see what i can do to get it to stop. But this thing is straight up dangerous. It should be recalled. there is not part of this thing that is good and safe.
