10 jours de retard et 150.- de taxe en plus

La livraison a pris 10 jours de plus que le délai annoncé lors de la commande. Bon, passe encore… Mais en plus, j’ai reçu la commande de manière totalement incompréhensible : d’abord 3 cartons contenant chacun deux glissières, puis, deux jours plus tard, 1 carton de deux glissières, et enfin encore 2 cartons de deux glissières. Bref, un envoi fractionné en plusieurs fois sans aucune logique. Et pour couronner le tout, j’ai ensuite reçu 25€ de frais supplémentaires par carton, soit 150€ au total à payer en plus de la commande ! Je ne commanderai plus jamais quoi que ce soit chez eux, et ce malgré les excuses du service client et le bon cadeau de 16 € qui m’a été proposé en guise de dédommagement…

Napisałem że chce zwrócić towar. Mój problem techniczny wcale nie został rozwiązany! Prowadnice mają blokady i nie da się ich założyć w szufladach z frontami. Wasze rozwiązanie to : „wyciąć otwór we froncie do naciskania blokady” Are you kidding me??!
