Une fuite est présente au niveau des deux raccords du tuyau. Quel dommage, le produit est très bien mais cela vient vraiment impacter l’expérience. J’ai dû me rendre dans un magasin spécialisé pour changer les pièces défectueuses, pour la somme de 96€. Je demande une remise ou une annulation de ma commande. Facture des pièces à l’appuie.

Impossible de l’utiliser car mon connecteur rapide ne se visse même pas jusqu’au bout du tuyau haute pression …. Est ce le connecteur le problème ou mon tuyau ??? Je ne sais pas , je suis alle en magasin essayer d’autre connecteur et ça faisait pareil donc je pense que le problème vient peut être du tuyau haute pression noir….. j’espère pouvoir l’utiliser car sinon 270€ dans l’air . De plus j’espère que le SAV va m’envoyer un nouveau tuyau ou connecteur et gratuitement mais je pense pas …
