i pushed it to the limit (1'1/2 x 1/8 square tubing) and it did the work, its hard work off course but the job is done

Purchased 1 month ago. Rolled some arches the first day. Easy to use and accurate. I will use this roller a lot. It’s priced right and heavy duty. I do need to build a stand to hold it in place for larger projects.

I bought this roller to roll 2"×1/4" aluminum flat bar the easy way, as it was the most affordable option. With a 3D-printed slip-on roller cover, I was able to match the exact profile I needed to keep the flat bar rolling evenly. It worked flawlessly for my application. Bending this material isn't overly difficult to begin with, but I needed a consistent, clean curve, and after some searching, this proved to be the most economical solution for the job.
