The dimensions are very deceiving. The tank dimensions do not indicate that the tank tapers downward from the top. The dimension in your ad are of the top of the tank. The bottom of the tank is much smaller. The Items that I would be placing in the tank fit the top but stop mid tank and do not go all the way to the bottom. I bought it assuming that the dimension that are shown would fit perfectly. Be aware of the taper. I was taken by surprise by that.

Broke in a week. .

Used it once, broke, took some pics for the people in customer service and they are sending me some parts to hopefully fix the unit. We will see.

For the price it should be reliable, but I've had multiple issues within a year of buying it and now it basically doesn't work anymore because the ultrasonic motors have gone completely dull. When it was working it did work amazingly well though.

I’m not sure how they measured 2litres…. This thing is maybe 1 litre…. It seems to work as it should, though…

I bought a 30L ultra sonic cleaner in march of 2024 barley used it and it suddenly stopped working today.

I cannot recommend this product, because it completely failed after being used 5 times. The internal wiring was poorly done and it caused an internal short during normal operation. It burned the fuses, the main control board and 2 out of the 10 ultrasonic actuators rendering the machine completely useless and unusable. I have tried replacing the fuses without luck and tried contacting support. The support team has made me waste my time for 2 weeks to finally tell me that the product is out of warranty and they wouldnt do anything to help me repair it or get a refund. Stay away from this one.

We it worked for 30minutes then a board blew up and tripped out my house fuses. Instead of replacing the unit they sent parts. It’s taken a while to get the time to repair the unit myself and I find they sent the wrong parts. After trying to contact VEVOR numerous times I haven had a response apart from ai saying someone will contact me. So in conclusion unit useless. Customer service useless.

I recently purchased a 30-liter ultrasonic cleaner from VEVOR, but it arrived heavily damaged and completely unusable. Loose pieces of circuit board and debris were audibly rattling inside when I shook the unit gently—clear signs of significant internal breakage. VEVOR’s customer service is chat-only (no phone support available), which made the process frustrating from the start. When I contacted them with photos and detailed descriptions of the damage, they initially asked me to plug it in to “test” if it worked. I refused, pointing out the obvious safety risk—internal debris could easily cause a short circuit or fire hazard—and explained that the unit was clearly non-functional and unsafe. Despite providing multiple messages, photos, and supporting evidence, they repeatedly offered partial refunds ($75 initially, then $125) in exchange for keeping the damaged unit. I declined each time, insisting on a full return and replacement with an undamaged unit, as their own return policy advertises hassle-free returns for damaged items. They resisted any option involving a full exchange or return shipping. After weeks of back-and-forth, I had no choice but to file a dispute with my credit card company, which promptly issued a full refund. Only then did VEVOR finally tell me to keep the broken unit. This was my first time needing customer support from VEVOR after buying several of their products (including two other ultrasonic cleaners that have worked fine and offer great value for the price). Unfortunately, the low prices seem to come with major drawbacks in quality control and especially customer service. Numerous online reviews and complaints describe similar experiences: damaged arrivals, reluctance to accept returns, push for partial refunds to retain the item, and drawn-out chats that feel designed to wear customers down.

I’ve used this product three times in total, it sits on a shelf and a temperature controlled environment. The third time that I’ve used this product it has fallen apart and melted the switch back that turns it on. This thing might have two complete hours of use And I can tell you that it is a fire hazard. Not sure if it’s just the one I have or if all of them are built this shotty. Definitely beware and never ever leave this thing unattended for any reason. After trying to pull open the little compartment to see what went wrong, the ground and fuse weren’t even in there.
