Bought this unit for about half the price of comparable units and was very impressed with initial quality and results. Used mainly for cleaning of engine and transmission internal but it’s big enough to fit in cam covers (half at a time) and even small transmission housings. Very thorough cleaning action and the inbuilt heater heats the cleaning solution from about 20degC to 55 degC in about 30mins. I find it quicker to half fill with room temperature water and the. Fill with a couple of litres of boiled water from the kettle. Unit lasted about 13months and about a dozen uses before it broke down. Looks like a bad capacitor or two on the main board. However Vevor warranty replaced for a whole new unit and so far everything is working well.

My first time ever to use one of there ultrasonic cleaners, the amount of time I spent researching on what type of additive I have to use was astounding. In which several did not work and only caused me more problems. The machine itself is amazing and with the proper solution or additive is amazing. Using the heating system is not always better either, I use it to clean clock parts and it has literally destroyed certain parts which I had to replace. I find nothing wrong with the machine itself, I love it....but more information from the maker about cleaning solutions different types of metal, different types of items that should and should not be used would be fantastic... Thank you Really a great tool for my job.

Does exactly as described and cleaned some small parts and jewelry very well. I do wish the small parts basket was larger as the one it comes with is very small for things like a ring.
