First one I ordered works great, but wasn’t enough to heat my unisulated garage so I ordered another. Second one is nothing but issues throwing different codes every time. They claim problem free returns but returning is a problem. I admit customer service is above par and fast to reply. Rather than a problem free return they are sending me a complete generator set..I’m handy and don’t see a problem changing it out, but the expect the buyer to fix a brand new unit. What if a person doesn’t have the tools or capabilities. This is not a problem free return. I buy a lot from vevor. But this got me rethinking my future purchases.

Ik heb jullie dieselkachel reeds twee weken in mijn bezit maar ik kan er niks mee want ik krijg hem niet aan !!!!!! Na verschillende pogingen om alles door te meten gaat het display niet aan ( niks in beeld ) maar het display krijgt wel voeding!!!! En ja ik heb de video ook bekeken maar dat had ik dag één al uitgesloten. Er komen van jullie allerlei Emails maar ik kom geen stap verder, in de hoop dat mij iemand mailt dat jullie een nieuw display toe stuurd! Zo langzamerhand ben ik er klaar mee en heb een andere besteld!! Het valt mij gigantisch tegen hoe jullie dit probleem oplossen, maar daar zal de multimedia wel van gaan genieten!
