I primed the heater per the instructions. When powered on, the fan turns on for a few seconds, then the unit powers off. Black screen, no error messages

Good little heater, no warranty, mine quit and they wouldn't warranty it. Don't buy the extra warranty they don't stand behind it. I'm very disappointed.

Unit has manufacturing defect, opened a ticket, ticket can no longer be found in the app or website -- they just throw a system error. Can't get support, can't get chat to work either.
