How customer reviews and ratings work
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
Our overall rating is not a simple average. We prioritize authentic, trustworthy reviews and filter out duplicates or invalid content before calculating the final score. This helps ensure the rating truly reflects real customer experiences.

Sunt încântat de cat de mult m-a ajutat în iarna ce a trecut. Am încălzit un garaj toată iarna. Până acum funcționează foarte bine. Merită! Recomand.

Stefan Works well but get a heavy duty power supply
Make sure you prime it (running the process that pumps the fuel through the whole system) before the first start, it's not described well in the manual.
At first start we had some issues where the prime process went well, it even started for a second and then shut itself down with error "E-01". Took us a while to figure out that the problem was with the power supply; our 180W 15A power supply was not strong enough. We then replaced that power supply with a 360W 30A one and that works well.
The blow pipe is quite short when you want to use this to heat a tent, so we've got some 3" flexible vinyl duct (they're like $12 for 10 feet) to extend it.
