Very happy with this stiffer. 3 years in and probably 400-500 pounds of sausage through it and it hasn’t skipped a beat. Would buy again.

tlkfineart Perfect companion for my meat grinder.
Purchased in September of 2026. The price of food is ridiculous and rising. With the rise in cost, the selection dwindles! I am retired and always looking to add to my baking duties of breads and casseroles. Sausages, from breakfast to Cotto Salami, Montreal Smoked Meat, cheeses, and charcutier! Oh Boy, now I have so much to do, and this sausage stuffer has already helped me make Breakfast Sausage, Bologna, Cotto, Ranch/Chicken/Bacon sausage, and more. I LOVE it.
The only thing it did not come with is flute cleaner push sticks. I'll have to find some of those.

Izzy S. Needs better routing for meat at bottom to prevent waste
I like it but I did have meat ooze out from the vacuum ports in the push plate. Also, there's room for improvement with the bottom plate. The hole is off to the side instead of being centered and the plate that the hole is welded to is completely flat and it will collect meat. Otherwise it'd give it 5 stars. Very sturdy and well made but I haven't figured out how to have less waste of meat due to design constraints.

Jo*** Sausage stuffer
1: Nice product but needed one more 13/14mm nozzle for breakfast sausages, what a shame not included.
2: The bucket needed to be champhered on its edge as the seal plunger seal catches along that edge so you'll end up with a ripped seal.
3: Needs a lot of muscle energy to operate the crank when bucket is full so not as easy as seen on video, should have been geared down in my opinion.
