We have been stuffing sausage by hand for a number of years now and I cannot tell you what a difference this machine makes. The time saved alone is worth the price. I recommend this product if you are a big game hunter that processes your own meat. I made sausage and snack sticks this year, and everything was phenomenal.

I use this often to make small test batches of sausage. No issues so far but do wonder where I can get replacement seal if I ever need one.
