It actually cuts 31.5" tiles fine. However the wing supports are flimsy, cheese and worthless. I just use falloff 2x4's on each side for added support.

Really good quality time cutter. Large solid construction so perfect for big tiles. Top tip - use cutter wheel to gently mark each end of the cut line then GENTLY run the cutter the full length of the tile cut line. It doesn’t need any force and the cuts are nice and clean.
